KS4 & KS5 Options

At Ysgol Aberconwy we aim to prioritise every student in years 9 and 11 when it is time to make decisions about options. This year will be no different even if our circumstances are still affected by Covid-19. As a result, we have considered how we can provide a personal approach to the process whilst keeping everyone safe.

We are making the options information and applications forms available electronically on our school website rather than as paper copies. The timeline for each year group has been set out and can be seen below, so that all stakeholders are clear about the process and expectations. You will see that there are various points in the process where we plan to offer one to one discussions with subject teachers, form teachers and staff involved in the option process.
