On Tuesday 6th February Ysgol Aberconwy hosted the Business Language Champions competition for year 10 students. Fourteen teams from six different schools across Conwy, Gwynedd and Denbighshire took part in a variety of exciting tasks, with each team participating in the language they were studying (French, German or Spanish). We saw some great presentations and creativity from our students. There was a real buzz in the hall all day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ysgol Aberconwy entered two teams -The judges were very impressed with our French team, they said the standard of their argumentation and their communication skills were very impressive! They were very complimentary of the German team too, saying that they had represented the language very well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of our students got recognition for his attitude throughout the day, congratulations and well done Finlay!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was a truly excellent example of how much International Languages can bring to our students\u2019 learning experience and we\u2019re looking forward to more events like this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
