The team faced very strong opposition in the event, but managed to come 4th, beating Darlands School and Keswick School convincingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a wonderful day. The event was supported by several players from the Manchester Thunder Cricket team, who praised our girls on their performance. They couldn&#8217;t believe that they have only been playing for 5 months!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PE teacher and coach, Myfanwy Wilson said, &#8220;The girls were exceptional throughout. They played with courage and resilience all day.
