Last week’s Open Evening for prospective students’ and their families went wonderfully! We were very pleased to invite such a large number of guests to visit the school and see what we have on offer.

Visitors enjoyed all sorts of activities, including a behind the scenes rehearsal of our upcoming musical show, chemistry experiments, coding, clay modelling, historical artefacts, hair-styling, Scalextric, sports challenges, Minecraft, model earthquake-proofing, guessing games, quizzes, art and crafts, crochet, treasure hunts, and even a photo op with the Eiffel Tower (possibly not the real one)! They were also able to enjoy food and cake throughout the evening.

Our ALN specialists and support staff were onsite to answer questions and give an idea of the kind of work we do to help and encourage students with additional learning needs. We take the wellbeing of students seriously and are dedicated to making their school days as beneficial and enjoyable as possible.

We’d like to especially thank all the students who volunteered to help out on the night. We had lots of volunteers helping with activities and guiding guests around the school. Your friendly attitudes left a great first impression on parents, and we appreciate you demonstrating your school spirit!

We are lucky to have a great staff team who showed up and dazzled with all the energy they put in to keeping our school an excellent place to learn and grow. We hope everyone who attended enjoyed meeting them, and that all your questions were answered. We’re looking forward to seeing many of you back here next September!
