{"id":11674,"date":"2026-06-16T14:30:54","date_gmt":"2026-06-16T13:30:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aberconwy.conwy.sch.uk\/?p=11674"},"modified":"2026-06-16T14:38:03","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T13:38:03","slug":"ysgol-aberconwy-featured-in-new-darpl-case-study","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aberconwy.conwy.sch.uk\/en_gb\/2026\/06\/16\/ysgol-aberconwy-featured-in-new-darpl-case-study\/","title":{"rendered":"Ysgol Aberconwy Featured in New DARPL Case Study"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&nbsp;are delighted to share that Ysgol Aberconwy has been featured in a newly published DARPL (Diversity and Anti-Racist Professional Learning) case study, recognising our work in developing curriculum continuum routes that support anti-racist education and inclusive learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case study highlights how we have worked collaboratively with DARPL to develop our approach to anti-racism and diversity.&nbsp; At Ysgol Aberconwy, we believe that every learner should see themselves reflected in their learning&nbsp;experiences and feel valued within our school community. Our engagement with DARPL has supported us in beginning to review and develop our curriculum so that it reflects the diverse society in which we live and helps prepare learners to become ethical, informed citizens of Wales and the wider world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The publication of this case study is a wonderful recognition of the dedication, commitment and hard work of our staff and learners. We are proud to be able to share our experiences with schools across Wales and contribute to the national conversation around creating inclusive and anti-racist educational environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to thank everyone who has been involved in this important work.
