Students performed Macbeth, Macbeth, Macbeth, Macbeth, Macbeth yesterday afternoon. This new play written by Kirsty Housley was performed as part of the 2026 National Connections scheme. Ellie Hunt, a Liverpool-based theatre director known for her work with the Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse and National Theatre, came to watch the performance. She was impressed with the group’s interpretation of this complex play. It will be performed once more in the school at the end of April and then in the Regional Connections Festival in Aberystwyth on May 2nd.
