Progress at the Welsh Schools FA Cup

Congratulations to our Year 7 and Year 9 boys football teams as they progress into the quarter-finals of the Welsh Schools FA Cup, following their excellent victories this week.​

The Year 7 side were victorious by 4 goals to 2 away in Wrexham versus Alun School. Isaac scored 2 goals with Rio and Fraser scoring the others. An excellent team effort with notable performances from captain Gwilym, Oliver and Rhys.

The Year 9 side ran out unanimous winners with a 8-1 home victory against Dinas Bran. With Welsh International Jaxen grabbing five goals, Lucas with a brace and superstar midfielder, Harry scoring too. This was one of the most dominating performances the team has put in over their time at school. ​

Fingers crossed for further success in the quarter finals for both teams!​
