Ben and Henry Secure Places on the Prestigious Parallel Academy

Following their outstanding performances in the UKMT Junior Maths Challenge and Junior Kangaroo, Ben and Henry have achieved an incredible success. The boys have both been selected for a place on the Parallel Academy Tutorial Programme, following their successful interviews with Dr Simon Singh MBE.

The Parallel Academy is an elite national programme that nurtures some of the UK’s most talented young mathematicians. Founded by bestselling maths and science author Dr Simon Singh, the Academy aims to develop the next generation of mathematicians, scientists and engineers through small-group tutorials, challenging problem-solving and mathematical enrichment beyond the school curriculum.

Places on the programme are highly competitive, with students selected for their exceptional mathematical ability, curiosity and potential. As part of the Tutorial Programme, Ben and Henry will take part in a long-term programme designed to develop their mathematical thinking, problem-solving skills and confidence with challenging mathematics beyond the school curriculum.

Being selected for the Parallel Academy is a remarkable achievement for both boys and is a testament to their exceptional talent, enthusiasm and dedication to mathematics.
