Our Young Football Stars

Jaxen, Harry and Jacob represented North Wales Schools last week at Newtown FC against South Wales Schools. This is a precursor to the selection of the Welsh School Boy squad.

All three of our amazingly talented and committed boys ply their trade with high-level academy sides. 

Harry, Jacob and Jaxen showed the selection committee their full capabilities with excellent performances, with Jaxen captaining the side, getting himself onto the scoresheet in defeat.

These boys epitomise what we want for all our students at Aberconwy; dedication to their passion in sport and an opportunity to showcase their abilities on the highest stages.

To be the most represented school in the North Wales side is an incredibly proud achievement for us as a school, and is testament to the exceptional abilities of not only the three boys, but their school friends and peers who strive to be the best possible versions of themselves. Fingers crossed for the boys that their efforts prove fruitful in the national selection endeavours.”
