Mussel Delivery
Our GCSE Food students have really got to know their seafood – The rope-grown mussels donated by Offshore Shellfish as part of the national FishHeroes programme have been delivered and they’ve been preparing and cooking them. They have made Thai Style Mussels and have really shown off their food skills!
