Mighty Mussels
We are excited to announce that Ysgol Aberconwy is 1 of 250 schools nationwide receiving a delivery of rope-grown mussels from Offshore Shellfish – a huge thank you to @foodteachers and Offshore Shellfish for this incredible opportunity. KS4 Food students will have the chance to prepare and eat mussels as part of the national FishHeroes programme!
