Aberconwy Allies Create Documentary Film
At the start of the year, students in Year 9 were given the opportunity to take part in a project to help promote acceptance and inclusion, and to start to embed equality into the curriculum. During online meetings, and then in person group sessions, we created a series of TikToks about the experiences faced by marginalised communities and how to become allies. Filmmaker Lal Davies captured the process and created a documentary to highlight our work. The project was done in partnership with NWREN and funded by the Welsh Government.
