CLWB YR URDD
The Clwb yr Urdd holds monthly activities for our Year 7 pupils. It gives them the chance to apply their Welsh in real-world situations and to practice communicating in less formal surroundings while they are having fun.

 The Urdd Club session in January was all to do with crafts. Wednesday, 25th January is Saint Dwynwen’s Day in Wales. She is the patron saint of all lovers and sweethearts so Year 7 pupils came along to make St. Dwynwen cards for their girl or boyfriend, mother, father, brother or sister.
We had a lot of fun cutting out and pasting shapes to make our cards. We had orange squash and sweets to keep us going as well as music in the background. Great fun! Thank you to all who came. |
